The HttpServletRequest/Response interface is immutable	DynamoHttpServletRequest/Response interface is mutable
HttpServletRequest only  provides methods for reading the various properties, but does not provide methods for setting those properties	DynamoHttpServletRequest, which implements HttpServletRequest provides methods to change request properties, such as setPathInfo, setPathTranslated etc.
HttpServletResponse only  provides methods for reading the various properties, but does not provide methods for setting those properties	DynamoHttpServletResponse, which implements HttpServletResponse, lets you change response properties such as the output stream, and access its values such as statusCode etc.
HttpServletRequest and Response object are directly passed  as an argument to the servlet's service methods (doGet, doPost, etc)	The very first element of the servlet pipeline converts an incoming HttpServletRequest/Response pair into a DynamoHttpServletRequest/Response pair. This allows subsequent elements of the servlet pipeline to use the additional functions provided by DynamoHttpServletRequest/Response.

There are many confusing terms and methods in treating dog bite.

Start rabipur antirabies vaccine with inj. TT.
Dosage is 0,3,7,14,21 days.
Also u can stop the vaccine if the dog is healthy after 5days.
Its better to start antibiotic like phexin after cleaning the bite area with betadine solution.
This is for superficial bites. But treating with iv immunoglobulins should be considered when the bite is so deep.

Ulcerative colitis

This is a colonoscopic view of a pt who presented with thirty times loose stools per day for three days, passing mucoid stools occasionally, he s having lower abdominal pain, with bleeding PR.

Provisional diagnosis of ulcerative colitis was made. To confirm that colonoscopy was done. And it showed white ulcerative areas in transverse colon and descending colon.. So no other go, it is ulcerative colitis and he was started with steroids and antibiotics.

Point differentiated the diagnosis from crohns is bleeding PR and ulcers i. Transverse and descending colon.
