Red chilli onion chutney

Shallots 10
Garlic 10small

Tamarind -little
Tomato —3
Salt—as required

1)  Grind raw onion garlic redchilli into a paste

 2)Then grind raw tomato tamarind and salt into a fine paste

3)In a kadai,  put one spoon of oil, mustard, channa dhal, ulunthu dal, curry leaves,  pour the onion garlic redchilli paste and fry till raw smell leaves. Now pour the tomato puree and tamarind paste and mix it well, for five minutes.Fry till the Entire raw smell of tomato is gone.

Spicy chilli chutney is ready !

This goes well with paniyaram,dosa,idly.
